Since September 25th when the Edwards Interfaith Chapel and Community Center officially opened its doors, it has been busy almost every day. It has been hosting worship services and educational activities on Sunday mornings.
The building has also hosted:
- Weekly community suppers providing free meals to as many as 30 people
- Weekly confirmation classes and choir practice
- Pastoral meetings
- A gathering place during the search for the family of the hiker lost in the Holy Cross wilderness
- Over 100 meals were prepared in the kitchen for the Vail Mountain Rescue Group searchers
- Congregational dinners and pot lucksMeeting space for the EVRF board and other small groups
Thanksgiving Community Supper!
The Chapel will host a Thanksgiving Community Supper from 11-3pm which is open to the community and hosted by the Vail Valley Salvation Army and Trinity Church. No reservations are necessary and volunteers are needed to help serve. Call the Salvation Army to volunteer at 970-926-3704.
Chapel and Community Center available to the community!

The Edwards Interfaith Chapel and Community Center is home to B'nai Vail Jewish Congregation, Covenant Presbyterian Church, Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration and Mount of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
